Job Summary:
M. Gheewala Global HR Consultancy, located in Tardeo, Mumbai Central, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Coordinator to join our team. The Email Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all email communications for the consultancy, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all email communications for the consultancy.
Respond to emails from clients, candidates, and internal team members in a timely and professional manner.
Draft and send email correspondences, including client proposals, candidate updates, and internal memos.
Maintain email databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline email communication processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
Follow up on emails and ensure that all queries and requests are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information contained in emails.
Provide support to other departments as needed, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
Stay updated on industry best practices for email communication and implement improvements as necessary.
