4) To maintain smooth onboarding process like issue of appointment letter, ESIC, PF Generation.
5) To resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
6) To conduct performance & wage reviews.
7) To develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness.
8) Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
9) To handle workplace investigation, disciplinary and termination procedure.
10) Experience in following and maintaining workplace policy.
11) To possess knowledge of relevant health & safety laws.
12) To possess experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
13) To be competent in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
