We are recruiting Malayalam/Kannada Speaking candidates along with English for a leading Bank, below are the Roles and Responsibilities.

Must Haves:

Customer Support Executive - Voice Process.

Fresher or Experienced both can apply.

Malayalam/Kannada is a Must.

Graduation is not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Primary responsibility is to increase the revenue of Bank, Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone..

* Explaining the various features of the products and services they have purchased.

* Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.

Requirement:

* Excellent Communication

* HSC/Diploma mandatory

* 6 Days working/Rotational Week Off

* Language - Malayalam and Kannada

* Location - Ambattur - Ambit IT Park
