We are Hiring a Stenographer & Secretary to Managing Partner of. our confidential client - a leading national level firm of Chartered Accountants.



Job Description


Post: Stenographer-cum-Secretary to Managing Partner


Location: Worli, Mumbai Head Office


Reporting to: Managing Partner


Gender: Either gender


Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent


Joining: Immediate


Qualification: Any Graduate


Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Stenography, Shorthand Dictation, Typing, and providing Secretarial support to top management level.


Candidates Profile: An expert in Stenography, Shorthand Dictation, Typing, and providing Secretarial support to top management level executives, with good English communication written & spoken, pleasing personality, and 5 to 10 years of Steno-cum-Secretarial experience, preferably as an EA assisting Director/Top management, managing Director's office; and should be tech savvy.


IT Tech Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, Power-point; and Video-meeting Apps- MS Teams/Zoom, etc.; besides the technical skills in Stenography/Dictation and speed typing.


Remuneration: Fair Salary as per the candidates background and market standards.



Role: To provide all Stenography-cum-Secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Partner of the firm; including some of the major responsibilities as outlined hereunder:

  • To take Shorthand/Stenography Dictation, and speed typing of various letters and reports.
  • To manage Calendar and Appointments of Managing Partner meetings personal, or virtual.
  • To attend and respond to Phone calls received at MP/Partner's office, in a professional manner. And make calls on MPs office.
  • To courteously receive visiting guests/dignitaries at MPs office, with hospitality; and make meetings arrangements.
  • To plan Itinerary & make Travel arraignments of MP, domestic & international, including air-tickets, hotels, & transport.
  • Self-correspondence to draft and send, and to attend and reply to routine letters/emails/communications received at MPs office in a polite and professional manner.
  • Take notes and draft important correspondence/communications, and minutes of meetings.
  • Research internet, compile and present reports from the information available in public domain about the industry and potential client/vendor companies; and preparing Note/PPT presentations.
  • Reviewing incoming MIS/data/performance reports from department heads; compiling and preparing data summaries/brief notes to MP; and preparing Statements/datasheet in excel, Reports, and PPT presentation originating from MPs office for presentation to Business meetings/Board meetings/International delegates.
  • Manage Administration matters of MPs office including supervising house-keeping and hygiene, pantry, provisions and supplies, office stationery; AMCs; and make arrangements for office meetings and functions, etc.
  • Handling Petty Cash Imprest, preparing and checking vouchers for routine payments of MPs office.
  • Coordinating timely payments of bills related to MPs office, including Club payments/subscription renewals, etc.
