Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Role AM Corporate Finance
Involved in financing of projects through various products and assure minimum finance cost for company. Interacting with Bankers, FIs & various other Institutions
Involved in review of Monthly MIS and Budget prepared for the presentation to senior management.
Involved in closely monitoring of Interest rationalisation and refund associated with the excess interest and finance charges charged by bank/FI.
Involved in preparation and review of financing proposals including financial modelling, Cash Budget financial model, CMA, Information Memorandum for credit appraisal
Responsible for compliance of terms of sanction of Bank/FIs.
. Coordination with auditors appointed by the lead bank for different purposes.
