Job Description: Telesales Representative (Real Estate) - Work from Home (Women Only)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Sales Experience
Schedule: Flexible Timing
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound client calls daily to potential real estate leads.
2. Engage in successful conversations with a minimum of 40-50 clients daily, showcasing excellent communication and sales skills.
3. Schedule a minimum of 5 client meetings per day, demonstrating strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. Diligently follow up with clients to confirm and prepare them for scheduled meetings, ensuring high attendance rates.
5. Utilize provided scripts and sales resources effectively to maintain consistency and quality in client interactions.
6. Document all client interactions, updates, and follow-ups accurately in the company's CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts for maximum lead conversion.
8. Stay informed about current market trends, property listings, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Homes Territory in all client interactions.
Requirements:1. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales
2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust with potential clients.
6. Adaptable to flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and maximize outreach opportunities.
