What we are looking for We are seeking someone who will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the success of our clients online presence. This hands-on role will immerse you in various aspects of e-commerce, from product merchandising to customer engagement, giving you a holistic understanding of the industry. Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include: Working on the product listing, product descriptions, images, and pricing. Working on the implementation of strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Working on ad optimization, keyword optimization, account opening, account management, campaign launching, customer engagement, market research on industry trends and competitor activities. Good to know e-commerce tools and e-commerce platforms. Assisting customer queries and reviews on e-commerce platforms. Communicating with clients (email & phone). Only those candidates can apply who: Enthusiastic about e-commerce with a. strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication and writing skills. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is a plus. Graduate / Post Graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Perks 1.
