Job Description

Qualification:Graduate or Post Graduate in Sale/Marketing

Industry:Real Estate

Exp: 1-3 years

Location: Pune(Deccan, Kiwale)

Job Responsibility

Planning and setting up sales process to achieved the set targets.
Ensure smooth flow of sales process and completion of work like preparing agreements, formalities required for registration, generates demand letter, NOCS required by bank etc.
Provide technical details/information of the unit to his sales team or customer. If require, take part in negotiations and close the deals.
Monitor and follow-up payment from customer.
Create and execute sales plan through the sales team.
Coordinates launch programmes for new projects
Assists the Marketing in planning the promotional events or campaigns.

Skills

Effective Communication, Negotiation.

Fluent in English , Hindi and Marathi.
