Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various healthcare roles. Experience in hiring and interviewing healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, LPNs, and allied positions. Proficiency in utilizing Careerstaff portal or similar healthcare staffing platforms. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and candidates. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to industry guidelines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field preferred. Experience working in the healthcare industry or staffing agency is a plus.
