: Nomad Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development. operations, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our marketing efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in F&B or QSR segment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the food and beverage industry, preferably in the QSR or delivery space. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in digital marketing tools as well as traditional/main line marketing strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
