Shift: Night(7 pm to 5 am
Functional Area: Human Resources Sourcing the candidates from Job sites as per assigned requirement
Screening the resume as per job description.
Interacting with candidate by calls.
Processing the candidate resume to technical panel.
Scheduling the candidates for walk-in, call-in events.
Scheduling candidates for technical round of interview
Coordinating in weekend walk-in.
Doing initial round of interview.
Should have good communication skills
