POSITION: DEPUTY MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Location : New Delhi Mode: Full Time (Work from Office) Joining Date: Immediate. DataLEADS is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate, to join the Business development team on a full-time role. As Deputy Manager in the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new projects and opportunities for its various verticals and intellectual properties. The Requirements: At minimum, a Bachelors degree in business, social science, public policy, communications or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience Great networking and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English. . Excellent computer and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail. Good strategic planning abilities, and ability to work on tight deadlines. Experience in grant and proposal writing will be advantageous. Proven track record in business development and partner communication. The Role: Develop and implement business development strategies to generate revenue for the organisation. Monitor market trends and develop innovative strategies to clients for existing and new intellectual properties of DataLEADS Identifying business opportunities for DataLEADS, and craft customised proposals. Research, and work with product development and sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for clients. Researching & writing business proposals to open tenders in a professional and credible manner. Draft, edit, review business proposals as per requirements and policies. Working with the design team to create graphics and visuals for proposals and presentations Prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines.
