Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Representative Operations

Process: International voice Process

Responsibilities: Dealing with customer on day to day basis and helping them in regards to there payments, credit card, debit card related issues via calls.

Desired Candidate Profile

*Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduates/undergraduate

*Experience: Minimum 1 year exp into banking domain for international voice

* Salary: experience Salary 5.5lpa

*Only Customer Service Experience.

* Shifts : UK Shifts

*Week Off: Two Consecutive Off (Rotational)
