Responsibilities and Duties
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and
implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure, it's strong
presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor of Agricultural subjects or MBA in marketing
Previous job experience in seeds, fertilizers, Pesticides and Agro-chemicals Company. In senior manager
position
At least 8 year of experience. Language Hindi and English must, with excel, MS office and CRM
skills.
Job Locations (Regions) : M.P., C.G., Rajasthan, U.P., Bihar, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and
Odisha.
