ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANICIAN.

ELECTRICAL DIPLOMA /CERTIFICATE HOLDER WITH MIN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GLASS MANUFACTURING COMPANY OR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES.
Duties and responsibilities
Performing the rounds of the plant equipment as per the assigned maintenance monitoring sheets.
Report to the maintenance supervisor for any abnormalities observed recorded during his rounds.
Perform the preventive maintenance tasks as per the assigned weekly preventive maintenance checklists for the areas.
During performing the preventive maintenance tasks, the technician needs to ensure the equipment is working properly without any abnormal noise vibration / high temperature, etc. Ensure proper information was recorded such as currents, voltages and any observation in preventive maintenance check lists.
Rectify the problem noticed while doing the preventive maintenance and report to maintenance supervisor/ team leader any abnormalities found. If the problem did not solve report your maintenance supervisor /team leader.
Attend to the quick call / equipment breakdowns assigned to him by the maintenance supervisor/ team leader. Ensure proper approach and analyzes using the electrical control diagram while doing troubleshooting on equipment electrical problem.
Familiarize and review plant emergency procedures especially on power system, critical electrical equipment and ensure the readiness during plant emergency.
Update to team leader for low-level inventory / no stock for any item in the store when he finds at the time of issuing.
Ensure proper housekeeping in work area, not leaving the area unclean.
Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment while performing the preventive maintenance of the equipment.
Conduct Loss control as per assign schedule.
Competencies and Qualifications
1.Skills:
Communication skill
Have a good decision making and patience on the assigned job
2.Knowledge:
Computer literate and Electrical control.
SLARY ;-8 hours per day / 6 days per week
1,600 1,900 SAR + 300 SAR Food Allowance (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
