Production Planning Control Manager / PPC Manager @ Shamvik Glasstech

Job Description :
1)Drawing study & calculation, scheduling & sequencing of m/c. as per job priority.
2)m/c wise production planning w.r.t. sales dispatches given by Sales Dept.
3)a) Availability of all type of raw material including casting, all type of tools require before production.
b) Checking of availability of any type of raw material required for the components to be produced in stock.
4)Immediate availability of drawings of components to be produced.
5)Preventive maintenance of various m/cs in used timely.
6)To insure all drawing available for production are updated to avoid any rejection
7)Knowledge of CAD CAM software& transferring program from PC to m/c Desktop through DNC link
8)Coordination with sales dept. for understanding Customers timely requirement for monthly targets.
9)Should be able to analyze in process- rejection
10)M/c wise production increased by increasing m/cs speed, multipurpose/ special tools.
11)Usage of tools, measuring / inspection instruments , jig & fixture etc.,

Interview Time (Mon to Sat): 10.30 am to 3.30 pm
