Job Description: Trainer, B2B General Insurance Sales Are you an experienced Motor Insurance Trainer with a passion for training and development We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Gurgaon. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training and are ready to hit the ground running, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Position: Motor Insurance Trainer Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44 Experience: 2+ Years Salary: 3 - 6LPA Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and sales, preferably in the motor insurance industry. Conducting training for new hiring employees, freshers, maintaining training reports, designing PPT and implementing for training sessions. Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective training sessions, including corporate training, process training, and product training. Strong knowledge of general insurance products, motor insurance specially, sales techniques. Excellent communication and. presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners effectively. Ability to analyze training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness. Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Immediate availability to join our team
