Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats within the designated area. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales plan. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales. targets and objectives for the team and monitor their progress. Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the designated area. Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources to maximize profitability. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with the team. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel within the designated area. Familiarity with the hair cosmetic industry is highly desirable
