Job Description

We are recruiting English + Hindi) Speaking candidates for a leading Bank, below are the Roles and Responsibilities.

Freshers can also apply, salary will be 25K CTC per month+ Retention Bonus and Relocation Bonus. (Work from Office only).

Benefits:

* One way Travel ticket will be booked by Company for candidates who are not from Chennai

* One Month Accommodation will be provided for Outstation Candidates.

* 2 Months Basic Pay as Relocation Bonus after completion of 3 months in system for
candidates who relocate.

* Retention Bonus every Quarter.

Must Haves:

Fresher Limited Openings/ Minimum 6 Month Experience.

If experienced, Customer Support Executive - Voice Process.

Excellent English is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Primary responsibility is to increase the revenue of Bank, Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone..

* Explaining the various features of the products and services they have purchased.

* Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.

* Graduation mandatory

* 5 Days working/Rotational Week Off

* Day Shift

* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply
