You will be working in a fast-paced team deeply engaging with the latest web and mobile technologies, business analytics, machine learning, automation, and solving scalability and performance challenges on the cloud.
We are looking for Business Analysts/Product Consultants with a combination of engineering and business backgrounds, and who can excel in techno-functional roles. The Business Analyst/Product Consultant will own the end-to-end delivery of implementation and support of our specialized ERP solution for the Hospital(Nuacare) with functional modules in the areas of Accounting, Inventory, Revenue Cycle Management, HR Management, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Successful execution of ERP Implementation projects for hospital clients in the GCC region.
- You will become the customer's single point of contact for application issues and product queries
- Liaison with client to understand new function requirements and convert them to technical development tasks
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Help build and maintain an up-to-date Nuacare product line knowledge base.
- Travel to client locations in the GCC region as necessary for implementation.
Requirements and skill set
- Freshers with an MBA degree (General or Systems Specialisation) and a BTech/BE/BSc Computer Science degree can apply for this position.
- Trained ERP Freshers (Any module: Accounting, Inventory, HRM) can also apply
- Must be excited to work with a fast-growing start-up company
- Should have excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Solid understanding of databases, SQL queries, Server based Web applications,
- Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international) on short notice.
- Previous ERP Implementation experience is a plus
- Healthcare domain expertise and exposure to Revenue Cycle Management will be given preference.
