Job Description We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and driving the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business processes and the Salesforce platform, along with a Salesforce Business Analyst certification. If you have a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges and are skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements, we want to hear from Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce solutions. Design and document Salesforce solutions, including process. flows, data models, and system configurations. Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in Agile development sprints, providing guidance and clarification on business requirements to development teams. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training and adoption activities. Assist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth transition and ongoing success of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Salesforce Business Analyst certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent) is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience working on Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including standard and custom objects, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. (ref:hirist.tech
