Liaise with BCM Coordinators to develop effective working relationships and documented Business Continuity plans.
Provide awareness sessions to business and support teams on Business continuity methodologies on regular basis
Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations.
Hold business plans to organizations BCM goals and collaborates with business/transversal function leaders on the identification of critical functions and needs, this is to be done largely through yearly BIA/BC plan refresh and subsequent regular discussions
Design and outline organizations BCM goals, objectives and scope for business plans, Crisis Management and IT Service continuity Management, in consultation with AXA Group and AXA GO Operational Resilience teams. Support and assist in the development of BC planning and goals
Report to the Operational Resilience Steering Committee Meeting and define ongoing goals, objectives and initiatives
Support senior management in aligning all BC planning, initiatives and goals with Organizational goals and Infrastructure capabilities
Identify and make recommendations for change and adaptation to meet the needs of the business
Working with Advisory services effectively to highlight Macro and Micro level high impacting events to management for better resilience
Provide required trainings to Crisis Management team on new policy, process and tool
Conduct Entity Risk Assessments for AXA BS in coordination with critical support functions
Define High Risk Scenarios in conjunction with Group and GO Operational Resilience teams and ensuring local risks are accommodated. Conduct Yearly Crisis Simulation test as defined in High-Risk Scenario
Annual Group Maturity Assessment & action Plan - Tracking all action items to closure as per AXA BS and Group Maturity assessment action plan
Prepare annual BCP Internal Audits calendar and define audit procedures detailing the audit methodology, recording observations and evidence
Conduct Quarterly SWN test for all employees and CMT members to measure and improve response quality in times of crisis
Define the IT Service Continuity Management test criteria along with IT team for Business-critical IT components. Working with IT team for nomination from business teams in UAT, test criteria, roll back plan and re-test plan if required
Working with Business to plan yearly BCP tests as per existing working model, recovery objectives, defined RTO
Third party due diligence from Operational Resilience framework
Contract due diligence to ensure right operational resilience metrics are factored in important contract
Specific position related experience
Minimum 8-10 years of Industry experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management Functions
Professional, Business Continuity Certified Specialist
Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams and interface with business stakeholders for operational purpose. Excellent Communication skills
Excellent strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to think through hypothetical situations and concepts and to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes.
