Build the supply chain for various types of raw material (mainly PCB and Catalytic convertor) which can be processed at new facility Understand the pricing for different grades of scrap Demand - supply of the grades Enter into MOU with supplier to ensure long term availability Undertake discussion with informal sector Work of advocacy initiatives Vendor Development & Evaluation Procurement Cycle time Technical Understanding of grades Experience in Logistic optimization Understanding of Working capital cycle time Tax impact on procurement
