Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing guidance and assistance in insurance matters, analyzing client needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring. customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners Knowledge of insurance products and services Sales and negotiation skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
