Motor TP Claim Investigation-Cluster Manager - Chennai About the Role We are searching for a motivated Motor TP Claim Investigator to join our Investigation and Loss Mitigation team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating motor third-party (TP) claims to ensure legitimacy and compliance with company policies. You will be the front line in identifying fraudulent claims and mitigating losses. Responsibilities Investigate assigned motor TP claims to determine validity and liability Conduct comprehensive reviews of accident documentation, scene photos, and relevant data Contact claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information Analyze findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations Collaborate with internal teams (claims, legal) to resolve claims efficiently Maintain accurate and complete claim files Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in investigating motor TP. claims Having experience in Advocacy either in MACT or Criminal court. Proven ability to identify fraudulent claims Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tamil is a must-known language Proficiency in MS Office Suite Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program.
