Drive the business strategy to achieve targets Drive the Renewal, Upsell & Cross sell through HDFC Sub Channels to deliver topline (gross premium) targets on a monthly basis by giving time to time analysis and campaigns for existing and cross sell for new retail products. Prepare and recommend campaign designs, proposals and plans to Vertical Head HDFC to maximize renewals. Study the HDFC PL & BL business, competition, customer segmentation, loss ratios and implement the correct sales strategies, product mix, processing and backend support to increase sales from the channel partner. Drive growth through regions depending on no. of clusters and the potential of the sub channels. Work with internal teams at BAGIC to build processes and integrations to enable renewal, cross sell & upsell business. Recommend manpower requisitioning and positioning as per requirement. Relationship Management Maintain relationship with Product & TPD heads at HDFC HO to understand their. requirements, manage any escalations and provide customized solutions as required to drive high sales and retention. Specify targets as per the sub channels potential and capability and provide the requisite training and support in achieving the same. For PL & BL sub channel, Identify new products requirements/ customization as required in existing products and work with the product team accordingly as well as ensure smooth processing of all aspects leading up to the product roll-out Coordinate with internal teams to develop, implement, integrate and ensure smooth processing of the HDFC renewal business Functional Review Regular reviews with supervisor and Country Head Banca Monthly and quarterly review with the team to monitor achievement of individual targets, discuss business issues and design action plans to course correct, if required Conduct periodic reviews with channel partner to drive business numbers and address any escalations/concerns Periodic reviews with the product development and other internal teams to determine product performance and enhancements Team Management Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various positions within the team Assign team members with appropriate KRAs and KPIs and set clarity on performance expectation Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual by keeping them motivated, resolving their concerns/ challenges, if any and maintaining a positive team spirit Build and enhance capabilities within the team by providing required technical and functional trainings SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent
