Job Description

: Proven track record of having taken end-to-end responsibility for the developing & scaling Best in class Digital Lending DIY & Sales journeys for Mortgage/ Gold loans across channels. This is a must. Work on building a complete Digital lending strategy for Mortgage . Gold [Salaried & self-employed segment] loans. Working with vendors, IT, risk, testing team, analytics, Gold loan/ mortgage SBU and other control functions to ensure that development changes are done within defined TAT. Work with third party vendors so as to leverage their solutions for digital lending journeys. Work with external partners/aggregators to scale digital lending business. Map competition in the entire digital lending landscape and be up to date on the latest trends and volumes. Tracking the Digital funnel and doing the necessary enhancements. Required Skills: Ability to think thru End-to-End customer/Sales/ Call centre journeys taking into account both customer convenience and Technology back end. Good knowledge of Bank end systems and processes [LOS/Loan Management system/BRE] is mandatory. Good understanding of the Lending technology landscape including ability to read and understand APIs etc. Good understanding of customer segments for Gold loan business. Excellent strategic, quantitative, analytical, data interpretation and good writing and communication skills organized, methodical, proactive planner and an efficient executor Previous coding experience on web or android is a good add on. This is a must. Must have experience of building & Scaling Mortgage & Gold loans Digital DIY & Call centre/ Sales journeys from scratch. Engineer from a "reputed" college. MBA (Marketing and / or Finance) 5 to 9 years of relevant execution & scale up experience in Digital Lending. Compensation: CTC range Rs 20 Lacs to Rs 40 Lacs basis proven experience
