Job Description

: We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Brand Partnership and Alliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad sales, media, or agency experience with a proven track record of building successful brand partnerships and alliances. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and foster strong relationships to drive growth and maximize. revenue. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. - Identify and engage with potential brand partners and alliance opportunities in the city. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including brands, agencies, and other relevant partners. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored partnership solutions that meet the needs of both the company and its partners. - Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial partnerships and alliances. - Drive the implementation of partnership programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities. - Provide regular reports and updates on partnership activities, performance, and results to senior management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand partnership and alliance management, preferably in the advertising, media, or agency industry. - Proven track record of successfully developing and managing brand partnerships and alliances, with a focus on driving revenue growth. - Strong network of contacts within the advertising, media, and brand community. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
