Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd. located in Kolkata. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for training coordination, training and development, communication, employee training, and organizing training sessions. The Training Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth implementation and coordination of training programs. Qualifications Training. Coordination and Training & Development skills Excellent communication skills Experience in employee training and organizing training sessions Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Experience in the education or training industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
