Job Description

Krish Placement Services is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to kick-start their career in human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and applications. Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
3. Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires.
5. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.
6. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing correspondence.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
