With a range from Ather to BMWs boasting of a fleet of 5k bikes in India. Job Summary: We are looking for someone who is excited by digital marketing, someone who likes to problem solve and manage between multiple projects. We are looking for a marketing generalist who is through knowledge about digital marketing, has had some hands on experience and is looking to grow with the team. Roles and Responsibility: Social Media Spotting social trends and coming up with campaign ideas to boost our reach on social media. Working with the agency to deliver on the briefs ensuring delivery and quality Understanding the analytics pulse of our audience, looking at what ticks and changing shores accordingly. Influencer. Marketing Discovering the right content creators for our audience Budgeting, negotiating and closing on the influencers Working on the scripts and helping them align to the best campaigns, giveaways and collaborations Integrate influencer marketing with other campaigns across our digital landscape. Community Building College: Working with college fests, events and community and finding opportunities. Startup and Community Event: Working alongside communities around startups, local events organizers and others to build avenues for brand marketing. Community Building: Building a long term vision for community building, activities and engagements that can increase work of mouth, referrals and excitement about the brand. Offline Execute offline marketing through agencies Analyze the impact of these activities on revenue Retention and Loyalty Execute retention strategy and measure the impact of it. Make changes so that the impact can be increased over time. Measure loyalty metrics and implement loyalty strategies to increase CLV over time Why Royal Brothers We are the largest two wheeler rental company in India and have grown 3x in the last one year.
