Product Marketing Job - Anonymity for Job Seekers: Employers get to see only career profile of a candidate and all. their personal details like name, photo, email & Mobile no. of the candidate is hidden. Hence anyone can freely update their profile & job preferences. Candidate Recruiter Matchmaking: Employers search the database against a JD and connect the candidate anonymously. Jobseeker on getting notification can confirm to the job completing the matchmaking with the recruiter :) Confidentiality: Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement while ensuring confidentiality for both job seekers and employers. Access Top Talent: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts aimed at providing employers access to top-tier talent. Anonymous Sourcing: Drive the development of compelling marketing content to promote anonymous sourcing features, enabling employers to discreetly identify active candidates open to new opportunities. Streamlined Recruitment: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to monitor and optimize marketing performance, including ROI, user engagement, and conversion rates, to streamline the recruitment process for both job seekers and employers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience in startup environment driving a new product and driving its initial GTM. Expertise in multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, content, social media, and PR. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
