We are hiring!! We are seeking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Workplace Interior Designer/ Architect to join our team in Mumbai. Job Title: Lead - Interior Designer - Workplace Design Location: Mumbai, India About the role: The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional, innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs in the workplace environment. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion and will work closely with all teams to bring projects to life. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements Create conceptual design presentations and detailed design drawings Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules and deadlines Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Participate in project meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders Ensure design plans comply. with local building codes and regulations Mentor junior designers and provide guidance and support on design projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design *A minimum of 4 years of experience in workplace interior design and architecture Strong design management skills, with experience leading projects from conception to completion Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Join us in shaping the future of workspace design!
