Our expertise in creating custom Kitchens ensures a perfect blend of design and utility. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Interior Designer and Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, extensive knowledge of architecture and design trends, and the ability to provide exceptional consulting services to our clients. This role involves both the artistic aspects of design and consultation. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Develop and present comprehensive design proposals, including concept boards, 3D renderings, and material samples. Provide expert advice on space planning, colour schemes, furniture selection, lighting. design, and architectural elements. Source materials, furnishings, and decor from a variety of suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with peer architects, and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of design projects. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, and technologies in the interior design industry. Conduct site visits for project on-boarding and ensure adherence to design specifications. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. Strong organisational and consultation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of building standardisation, regulations, and accessibility standards. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
