We are looking for Business Development Manager who has good knowledge of Civil,Interiors Architecture and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Architectural and Interior Works Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of architectural and interior works, ensuring the integration of design principles into project strategies. Presentation Collaboration: Collaborate with the design and costing team to create compelling presentations that align with creative vision and financial feasibility. Thorough Knowledge of Interior Fit Out Projects: Possess in-depth knowledge of interior fit-out projects, including basic MEP considerations, to facilitate effective project management. Experience: Bring more than 5 years of hands-on experience in the field, showcasing a proven track record of successful sales and marketing for this field. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with an architectural background will be given preference. Key Skills: Excellent communication, M.S. Office, Client handling,Good presentation skills.
