Job Description

Sr. Designer 7 - 12 years of experience Reporting Relationships Collaborate with Kamal Malik and Arjun Malik to understand broad vision and ideology. Facilitate the conceptualization of client briefs with other Principal Designers and then coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure design concepts are executed. Role Summary Focus on the research, design and execution of new ideas for the current projects, while providing leadership and operational direction to architects and designers. Primary Responsibilities Interpret and analyze Project Briefs. Develop Proposals and Design concepts for all Project types particularly Hotel/Residences Communicate design quality and approach across the teams. Define targets & smart objectives for the project team members and ensure they have the authority and accountability at each phase of the project. Oversee and follow up on relevant projects and teams on a regular basis through the use of tools that support tangible and. measurable outcomes (including documentation). Participate in relevant meetings to ensure overarching objectives, timelines and deliverables are met. Assess and provide growth opportunities to each tier for professional development and a healthy work environment. Provide regular feedback to the Principal Architects regarding project status as well as team members as part of ongoing performance reviews. Assume ownership of overall delivery of all entrusted Projects at a given point in time. Ensure that continuous professional development occurs for oneself and team members through recommendations for relevant training sessions/workshops
