Gender Preference Male Number Of Vacancy 1 Industry Area Manufacturing company Key Skills VMC Operator , VTL , operate VMC , 2D, 3D, Drawing , Qualification ITI , Diploma Salary (Per Annum) 2.40 to 3.60 LPA Work Experience 3 - 4 Years Job Requirement Requirement : Position : VMC Operator / Programmer Location : POR Transportation : Yes Roles & Responsibilities : Experience in VMC Programming Expert in VTL and VMC machine working Prepare and operate VMC machines Fluent in 2D and 3D Programming Fluent in Drawing and Reading Convergent in Tool selection Experience in application of measuring instruments Understand the specifications of the JOB and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings & tolerance etc. Translate instructions into computer commands so the VMC machines can perform the correct functions. Prepare , choose and load tools and raw materials and other parts onto the machines. Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs. according to specifications. Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts if necessary. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result as per the drawings. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly, without any rejections.
