Job Description

Technical Manager / Architect ( IoT and Embedded Systems ) Experience: Over 20 years of progressive experience in Technical Management / Architecture, specializing in IoT and Embedded Systems. Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Formulate and execute program plans for IoT and embedded systems projects aligned with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge IoT solutions. Define and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines with a focus on quality and efficiency. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Cultivate strong communication channels with stakeholders and oversee relationships with key vendors. Manage resource allocation, budget, and cost control for projects. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. Strong sense of ownership, fast learner, and. analytical mindset. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in IoT and embedded systems. Technical Skills: Firmware design in C/C++ with expertise in various interfaces and protocols. Experience with a wide range of MCUs and MPUs, FPGAs including NXP, Nordic, TI, Espressif, ST, Atmel/Microchip, Silicon Labs, Cypress, Kinetis, Holtek, Analog Devices, Qualcomm, Allwinner, and more. Proficiency in Linux device drivers, Linux Kernel Programming, and Yocto. Strong familiarity with development tools like GIT, SVN, JIRA. Excellent troubleshooting skills for software problems of limited difficulty. Proficient in Java, Kotlin, C#, C/C++, Python, Java Script. Experience with Android, iOS, Linux, RTOS and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of various wireless technologies, security protocols, and software frameworks. Expertise in GStreamer, Paho MQTT, WolfSSL, Mbed TLS, QT framework, Xamarin Forms, Maui, ASP .NET Core, React, and databases like SQLite, FireBase, Mongo DB, InfluxDB
