About Role Manage, Support and administration of employee machines/laptops (Macs) Support any basic networking/wifi issues Managing access control, single sign-on for employees for various tools and SaaS software Managing onboarding and offboarding of employees from IT standpoint Managing mobile device management Managing endpoint security on laptops Managing and administering various tools used in software companies like Confluence, JIRA, Google Suite, Zoom etc Qualifications : 4-10 years of experience as IT Support Engineer, IT Infra Specialist, IT Helpdesk Engineer Should have strong expertise level in Mac and Linux machines (administration, IT support etc) Expertise level in Networking (office network, LAN, VPN, Wifi etc) Should have experience in Access Management, RBAC, SSO - Okta etc Should have experience in in security tooling like netskope, SentinelOne etc Experience of managing and administering SaaS tools like - Confluence, JIRA, Google Suite, Zoom etc. (ref:hirist.tech
