Job Description

Role Description: Demonstrated ability in leading and designing end-to-end workflows, applications and interactive experiences. Ability to manage ambiguity while progressing forward in proposing new solutions. Use UX research activities (contextual inquiry, interviews, testing, etc.) to aid a data-driven approach in simplifying complex, information-rich, and highly interactive workflows. Demonstrated ability to define new approaches to complex design problems and convey solutions in the form of presentations, click-through prototypes and design specifications. Must be process-driven, possess strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail and a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles. Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript & CSS capabilities. Strong understanding of Mac OS and iOS human interface capabilities. Experience in the advocacy and creation of accessible applications and systems. Excellent collaboration, communication, leadership and. presentation skills. Experience working with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Plusses Experience defining solutions for Enterprise users and Consumer users, productivity or media-focused tools and applications. Experience in graphic design, motion graphics and creation of UI visual assets. Experience employing different user research methods and creation of interview study guides
