Job Purpose: To support Supply Chain function in India for adherence to S&OP, Inventory optimization and warehouse management with focus on sustainable logistics by providing innovative solutions to improve cost, delivery efficiency & customer satisfaction. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Supply Chain Planning Coordinate with India plants for supply chain related activities involving Stores and logistics primarily focusing on Inventory optimization. Support plant and procurement team for project procurements for timely delivery of items and facilitating negotiations and vendor development as and when required Monitor inter-company movement of FG from one plant to another. Work with sales and production team to support in finalizing S&OP for BC India Track S&OP plan and coordinate with stakeholders for adhering the same by monitoring changeovers and inventory Coordinate for implementation of Blue Yonder /Optimizer. and help to resolve stakeholders concerns Maintain MIS for Supply Chain India and provide relevant inputs for periodic reviews. Facilitate contract negotiations for inbound and outbound transportation and develop transporters for smooth and timely movement of material. Responsible for contract and transport finalization for external FG warehouses in India Drive improvement projects (Digital and Process Improvement) for Supply Chain India Facilitate Logistics audit from time to time for BC India
