Job Description

Ensure maintaining of all the process parameters in phase 3rd during shift. 2. Maintain critical parameters like differential pressure, Caustic concentration and temperature, brine temperature 3. Acknowledge and corrective actions on Alarm/ deviation in co-ordination field Superwiser. 4. Ensure plant operation as per SOP 5. Ensure plant start up and stoppage as per checklist 6. Prompt actions on deviations to avoid plant tripping. Maintain process and quality parameters as per SOC. 2. Maintain in-process parameters to meet customer's quality requirements . Stringent control on process parameters 2. Timely control deviations from DCS for optimization of chemical consumption 3. Ensure running equipments at optimal Level. 4. Control any idle running of equipments . Control optimum consumption of cell power and auxiliary power . 2. Maintain RPM setting of all VFDs at optimum level 3. Monitor and control cells Parameter for optimum cell power consumption. 4. Maintain Cell. Temp./Gpl/Conc. as per OEM for minimum power consumption. Strictly adhere to safety norms & safe operational procedures 2. Strictly adhere to PTW Porcedure. 3. Implement IMS, WCM and sustainability practices 4. Handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine leakages etc. under Disaster Management activities 5. Train the shop Floor team to comply with these norms 6. Maintain process systems having zero effluent and zero accident. Meet internal and external customer needs & take timely action on the same 2. Maintain final product quality as per customer requirement
