NEW OPPORTUNITY || IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS JOINERS REQUIRED || Requirement Title:- Source to Contract Procurement Specialist Experience Required:- 4-6 years Location:- Bangalore/ Pune (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify, evaluate, and select IT vendors. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and legal teams, to develop and review contract terms that align with business objectives. Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, from request for proposal (RFP) to contract execution and beyond. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations throughout the procurement process. Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to inform procurement. strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience in IT procurement, with a focus on source-to-contract activities. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive favorable outcomes in vendor agreements. Familiarity with IT products, services, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
