Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our EMR platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and regulatory requirements, and a passion for driving product excellence. As a Lead - Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our EMR platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers. Lead and mentor a dedicated team of product professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to ensure the successful development and enhancement of the EMR platform. Responsibilities: 1) Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for the EMR platform, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and. innovation. 2) Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the EMR platform, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product milestones. 3)Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to understand their needs, pain points, and workflow challenges. Translate user requirements into clear and actionable product specifications for the development team. 4) Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to EMR systems. Ensure that the EMR platform meets all necessary regulatory requirements and security standards. 5) User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the EMR platform. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. 6) Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and post-launch support. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the product team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience of more than 4 years as a Product Manager in the healthcare or technology industry, with a focus on EMR platforms. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
