  • Performs clerical duties like mailing, filing correspondence, preparing invoices and answering calls.
  • Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents.
  • Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents and uploads in the database.
  • Edits documents for accuracy.
  • Maintains accurate records and enters data.
  • Conducts research and compiles data.
  • Uploads all documentation in database.
  • Answers questions and informs supervisor / Manager accordingly.
  • Performs additional duties as and when required.

Skills Required:

Graduate in any stream (BA or B.Com).
Candidate with 0-3 yrs work experience andcommunication skills.
Excellent English (written as well as verbal).
MS Office.
Candidate with excellent time management skills.
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Attention to detail.
Candidate age 25-30yrs.
Candidates living in Mumbai City or close by preferred.
