Job Description

: Project Coordinator Assisting and supporting the Head HR Platform in their daily duties. Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed. Working with the team to remove blockers Control schedule and manage calendar of Head HR Platform Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities Overseeing procurement of Stationary and required material for HR Platform Team. Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion. Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers Track and report project progress Update documentation Job Description: Act as a point of contact between various stakeholders viz. Business teams, Vendors, etc. Monitor and track progress; communicate updates to stakeholders Maintain traceability between requirements and actual deliverables, work towards identifying gaps and remediation Possess strong verbal and written communication. skills. Should be an excellent team player. Handle multiple deliverables across various Business Units Manage requirements appropriately in the Business Requirement Document; manage sign-off from respective stakeholders Possess in-depth working knowledge of Applications cutting across implementation and Operations Management along with interfaces Work on solutioning along with Business stakeholders and vendors Skills & Competency: Business Analysis, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Applications support, change management Education : Bachelors of Engineering Experience : 5-10 years of experience as IT - Business Analyst Education Requirement : Graduate with 5 + year of experience of participating in projects as project coordinator or project management assistant, Experience Requirement : above Skills & Competencies : Evaluation and report writing Experience of working effectively with a team Experience in planning and schedule management Project Coordination Schedule management Procurement management # Documentation management
