Conduct effective site visit along with Area officer to analyze and understand current operations status and requirements of clients. And work towards improvements and meeting client expectations.
Everyday Visit report and training conducted to be shared through whatsapp to the Director and the HR Manager. To Submit Client Satisfaction Report/Feedback form signed by the client (authorized person) for all sites handled by SIS thane Branch every month. Ensure that basic training and all Security Personnel records are maintained for all SIS Personnel. 6.Ensure that the Company policies are implemented and adhered by the operations team. And suggest updates and revision to the policies as an when required to the HRD. 7.Ensure that the SIS Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is followed by all Area officers and the Security Personnel at all sites. Conduct effective Performance evaluation of area officers and Security Personnel and provide necessary feedbacks through formal Channel (HR) Ensure all daily activities like Hiring, deployment, reporting, incident and accident reports are completed as per SOPs. .Maintaining the grooming standards of security guards as per operations requirements. Maintain 100% billing and Client Satisfaction. Accountable for CSR Report Submission from all Area Officers. Rate increment of existing clients. Generate new Business leads.
