: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Laboratory Technician with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT) to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills, organizational skills, Managerial skills ,adherence to quality assurance protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable test results Responsibilities: Perform Phlebotomy ,routine laboratory tests and procedures according to establishment protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Managerial Skills . Conduct quality. control checks as and when required with minimal supervision . Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Attended 4 Days training Section in ISO 15189:2022 & NABL 112/ Minimum 1 Year Experience in any NABL/NABH Accredited Lab .
