The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Management coupled with strategic leadership skills and a deep understanding of the unique chalenges faced in managing people. You will join a team of talented people who work collaboratively to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
3. Through understanding of compliance requirements relevant to HR operations. 
4. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing entire HR operations
