We are currently revamping and building our brand online while expanding our reach from 40 to 50 markets worldwide. What are we looking for: We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives organic growth, amplifies our brand voice across various platforms and engages our target audience, including parents, educators, and children themselves. The ideal candidate will. be passionate about education, creativity, toys and child development, with a deep understanding of how to create compelling content and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative, ensuring that our content aligns with our mission and values. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives. Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience and captures their imagination. Create and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule content across platforms. Research and identify relevant topics and trends related to education, child development, and the toy/game industry. Assist in producing high-quality written content, blog posts, articles, creative copies and educational resources, that educate, inform, and entertain our audience. Foster a vibrant online community by leading engaging conversations, responding to inquiries, and building meaningful connections with our audience. Analyse metrics and glean valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise our online presence. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about emerging trends and best practices. An ideal candidate: 4+ years experience in content strategy and marketing, preferably in the education, children's products, or toy/game industry. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for diverse audiences. Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for storytelling and education. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
